About

What to expect:

3DC4E791-36AE-4A0C-A48B-2CB2F95BF50F.heic

A free initial consultation, during which we can determine whether we can work together and discuss how you would feel most comfortable in your sessions and how you would like to receive them.

Flexibility: While clients often come once a week, I understand this may not always be possible, so I can also offer more or fewer sessions usually after our contracted 6 sessions.

  • I always provide A professional contract.

  • 50-minute sessions although this can be adjusted if needed.

  • Concessions may be discussed depending on personal circumstances.

  • Discount for blue light cardholders.

"I have been going to Debbie for about 3 months now and she has helped me so much in such a short timeframe!!!

I suffer majorly with anxiety, but with the help of Debbie i have adapted so much of my mindset to ease my anxiety from progressing including my thought patterns and how to overcome thoughts and trialing different coping methods for my anxiety to find what suits me the best.

She is the friendliest, sweetest lady you could possibly ask for and will listen to me regardless of my situation; no matter how much i chew her ear off with my thoughts or problems.

Plus an added bonus is, she has furry friends to keep me company with plenty of cuddles.

10/10 recommend her if you need a therapist, she has guided me through so much and has truly been my rock"

My Approach

I work pluralistically with clients. This means we collaborate so that we can find the best way to work together. This could mean you would like to be given a little direction and guidance using some tools and suggestions. However, I will never directly tell you what to do. I offer an open and safe place for you to explore your feelings in a nonjudgmental way.
