Debbie Davis

Welcome to my practice!

I'm a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist working in Colchester, Essex. Being neurodiverse myself, I deeply value creating an inclusive space for everyone.

I believe therapy should fit your life and comfort level, so I offer several options: traditional in-person sessions, peaceful walk-and-talk therapy in nature, or remote sessions via Zoom, WhatsApp, or phone. Sitting in an office isn't right for everyone, and I want you to feel at ease wherever we connect.

My approach is person-centred, meaning you're the expert in your experience. I'm here to provide a judgment-free space where you can completely explore what matters to you.

I have experience supporting people through various challenges, including:

- Low self-esteem

- Depression and anxiety

- Phobias

- Peri-menopause and menopause

- Loss and grief

- Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia

- Neurodiversity-related concerns

If any of these resonate with you, I'm here to help you find your path forward.

If you need longer for a session due to a fear/phobia/or a disability, I am happy to include this in my regular price. Third parties such as dogs/interpreters/parents are welcome with client’s permission. Please ask me anything to make the therapeutic space as comfortable as possible.
